Vila Perosa

Villa Perosa is a holiday house built in a rustic style in 2022, with a heated and covered swimming pool, located in the tourist resort of Zaton, Nin, on a fenced plot of 9,000 m2, surrounded by 150 olive trees and nature. Our holiday home is designed to consist of two apartments, the main apartment consisting of an entrance hall, bathroom, living room and dining room with kitchen. The internal stairs lead to the first floor where the following are located: the master bedroom with a bathroom and access to the terrace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The second smaller apartment, which is accessed via external stairs and a veranda, consists of a living room, kitchen, hallway leading to the bedroom and bathroom. All spaces are heated and air-conditioned. Living rooms and bedrooms have televisions with satellite programs and internet. The entire holiday home is covered by wireless 5G internet.

The house is rented as a single unit.

Our swimming pool with heating and mobile cover enables use throughout the year as well as safety for children.

Villa Perosa is an oasis that can serve as a base for visiting the sandy beaches in Zaton and Nin as well as exploring historical sights and modern attractions, the "Sea Organ", "Greetings to the Sun", the cities of Zadar and Nin. The Zadar archipelago is full of hidden islands, and we suggest you visit the Kornati islands or Dugi otok. If you are looking for a trip on land and getting to know breathtaking nature, choose Plitvice Lakes National Park, Paklenica Canyon or Krka National Park. Adventurers can try rafting in the canyon of the Zrmanja river or bungee jump from the Maslenica bridge. The view of the sea, islands and green mountains that you will take home are simply unforgettable!
